Trouble Shooting Guide

99% of all problems can be rectified with the following steps.​
1.  Delete the application from your device
2.  Update your device's operating system (ver 11 for Apple and ver 8.0 for Android)
3.  Ensure you have at least 2.5Gb of free space on your device. (Any less and the database will not fit on your device and it will not function correctly)
4.  Re-install the application from the App store or Google Play.  (You will not be charged again to re-install) 

I keep getting the message "Email or alias all ready in use." when I try to register as a new user.
Confirm that your email is correct and if correct try a different Alias name.

You have created a new user but the app shuts down when you attempt to login.
Some Apple iPhones are not accepting a apostrophe or hyphen in the users name.  For example O'Conner or Hogan-smith.
To fix you can create a new user if you have an alternative email address, alternatively fill out the form below and we will remove the apostrophe or hyphen from your name so you can login.

Android 9 crashing on startup.
Make sure you have version 1.3.1 of the app.

No tide Data.
This issue identified with version 1.3.1 and being resolved now and we expect to have a fix in the next few days (end of January 2019).

We, us, our means - iDviability Pty Ltd (ABN 65 602 694 333) of P.O.Box 940 North Lakes, QLD 4509; or
Offer means our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which is offered to you under these Terms and Conditions.
Product means - iDfish application. 
You, your, yours means you, if you are a resident of Australia and you:
have purchased the Product directly from the Australian Apple appstore or Google play; and
have purchased the Product between the dates and times 12.01am Friday 1st November 2017 and 11.59pm 26th Janurary 2018;and
make a claim for the Offer within 30 days of the purchase date of the Product.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to a claim for the Offer.
You may only claim the Offer within 30 days of the date that you purchased the Product.
To claim the Offer, you need to contact us by email on: (if you live in Australia).
You must request a claim form and complete the claim form in full to validate your claim:
Any charges that you incur in contacting us about the Offer are your responsibility.
We’re providing you with this Offer because we stand behind our Product. But if for some reason our Product is not for you, then you’ll get your money back. Please note though, that if you haven’t complied with our Product Terms of Use, or if in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to, your Offer claim won’t be accepted.
Your refund will be credited to your nominated bank account that you specify on the claim form.  The refund will be paid into the bank account by electronic funds transfer; and
We will not refund any freight or postage charges incurred by you in processing the claim. Please allow 28 days from the date that we accept the claim for us to pay you the refund.
After your claim is accepted and you have received your refund, the following terms and conditions apply:
You won’t be able utilize any of the features of the Product and any information that you’ve already entered into the Product will be restricted. 
You won’t be able to access your data within the purchased Product.
Your account with us will be immediately terminated and the data file for your Product will be locked or suspended.
You are limited to one claim.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Offer at any time. If we discontinue the Offer we will still process claims made before that date and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.
The Offer is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights (including, if you live in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
